Must possess excellent telephone and customer service etiquette, flexibility, and attention to detail and accuracy. A candidate should have a problem-solving mentality with a pleasant disposition. Reliability is a must. Key Responsibilities Enter in new jobs into ServiceMaster CRM, captures relevant customer and job information Reviewing information in job files and capturing additional information as neededAnswers telephone calls, greets visitors, and resolves routine and complex inquiriesCommunicating with key people on jobs including project managers, insurance adjusters, vendors, and customersUtilizing multiple databases to ensure job information is accurateAdditional projects on an as-needed basis Key Skills: Phone-based customer service experience - call center experience a plusAbility to multitaskAbility to prioritize job tasks based on the company's daily schedule and needsSelf motivatedWorks efficiently as a team member and individuallyExcellent attention to detail and ability to ask questions Benefits: Paid vacationSick timeHolidays401K with matchMedical and Dental insurance.
