About the role
The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with a student management system, such as TASS would be advantageous. The successful applicant will demonstrate commitment to delivering exceptional student care while effectively managing a high volume of enquiries and competing priorities. They will foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for students and thrive in a collaborative team-oriented setting.

- Complete a variety of essential administrative duties
Requirements
The successful applicant will have a current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.

Schedule
Term-time continuing position for 22.5hpw (Monday to Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm) commencing Term 4, 2026 (6 October 2026).
