Responsibilities
- Assists in a variety of administrative support areas within the agency.
- Works in multiple departments based on agency needs.
- Performs duties to support daily operations.
- Demonstrates professionalism and positive interpersonal relations.
- Maintains and adjusts schedule to enhance program performance.
- Manages multi-line phones and performs other tasks simultaneously.
- Interacts in a friendly, professional manner with a wide range of patients, staff, and other departments.
- Effectively communicates and educates about hospice services and end-of-life care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of phone skills, sales, or customer service background.
- Ability to lift and/or maneuver objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Good command of the English language.
- Positive interpersonal relations and self-motivation.
- Flexible work schedule.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer experience helpful.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage stressful situations and handle infectious diseases.
