Responsibilities
- Creates positive customer interactions and promotes outstanding service
- Supports hiring, onboarding, and maintains personnel files
- Performs cash office duties and monitors standards
- Affords assistance with scheduling, inventory, and supply management
- Ensures proper coverage, communicates priorities, and responds to coverage needs
- Supports training, adherence to policies, safety, and shrink reduction programs
- Maintains cleanliness and encourages credit and loyalty programs
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to respond to change and work collaboratively
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
