About the role
This position works closely with internal sales teams, insurance agencies, and business owners, making strong communication skills and professionalism essential. Work model: Full-time, on-site during training (approximately 6 months). Opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after training.
Responsibilities
- Review premium finance agreements and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and funding eligibility.
- Process new client accounts and enter finance agreements into company systems.
- Authorize disbursements and complete the acceptance process in a timely manner.
- Maintain service level agreements by accurately processing transactions and account updates.
- Communicate with insurance agents, brokers, business owners, and internal stakeholders regarding documentation and account information.
- Create and maintain customer accounts, process endorsements, and update internal systems.
- Generate daily and monthly operational reports.
- Assist Account Managers and other team members with documentation and administrative support.
- Maintain electronic records and documentation within company repositories and processing systems.
- Support various operational and customer service activities as needed.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial transactions and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in an office, administrative, financial services, banking, insurance, or corporate environment preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance or finance is helpful but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, insurance agencies, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
