About the role
Millworks By Design is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our accounting, purchasing, and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry for accounting and purchasing.
- Aid the Accounting Department with accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry and recordkeeping.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activities.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Support the Management team as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
- Assume executive assistant duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of administrative and data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay
