About the role

Millworks By Design is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our accounting, purchasing, and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry for accounting and purchasing.
  • Aid the Accounting Department with accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activities.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Support the Management team as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
  • Assume executive assistant duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of administrative and data entry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay

$19-$23 per hour, DOE

Schedule

Full Time, non-exempt; 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
