Primary Responsibilities

  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Taking phone calls.
  • Facilities management.
  • Payroll management.
  • Corporate correspondence with certain parties.
  • Assigned administrative paperwork.
  • Other administrative functions as assigned.

Education

  • Two or Four Year Degree preferred, or relevant experience.
  • Fulfilling assigned tasks requires organizational skills and work ethic that comes with having a college degree of some kind.
  • However, if they have demonstrated experience in a role like this, that is acceptable.

Experience

  • 2-3 Years with a degree.
  • 5-6 Years without.

Must Haves

  • Strong Organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to multitask.
