Primary Responsibilities
- Scheduling meetings.
- Taking phone calls.
- Facilities management.
- Payroll management.
- Corporate correspondence with certain parties.
- Assigned administrative paperwork.
- Other administrative functions as assigned.
Education
- Two or Four Year Degree preferred, or relevant experience.
- Fulfilling assigned tasks requires organizational skills and work ethic that comes with having a college degree of some kind.
- However, if they have demonstrated experience in a role like this, that is acceptable.
Experience
- 2-3 Years with a degree.
- 5-6 Years without.
Must Haves
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to multitask.
