About the role
This role assists in the work of salvation and exaltation by providing individual contributor, intermediate-level administrative support to one or more leaders and/or functional teams. Employees at this level work under general supervision and handle moderately complex issues requiring solid administrative support knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Compile data/information from various sources to prepare memos, documents, reports, spreadsheets (including charts and graphs), and presentations using a wide range of software and platforms.
- Perform research, analyze information, and make recommendations based on findings.
- Take meeting minutes and manage meeting documentation.
- Use computer applications and software to schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Support projects, programs, or processes.
- Answer moderately complex telephone and email requests.
- Assist with p-card reconciliation and other basic budget activities.
- Assist lower-level employees through training and/or mentorship.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of administrative or related experience.
- Solid administrative support working knowledge.
- Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
Skills
- Communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software at an intermediate level to schedule appointments, create and analyze spreadsheets, prepare presentations, take notes and minutes, and create and update documents.
- Operate and maintain standard office equipment.
- Problem-solve and resolve moderately complex conflicts through sound decision-making.
- Organize and prioritize work and needs.
