About the role

The Admin Analyst will play a critical role assisting the Project Lead to gather project information, organize documentation, or report status. They will work as part of a larger team supporting program operations.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Project Lead to manage schedules, track action items, and maintain operational momentum across multiple R&D/S&T projects.
  • Act as the central point of contact to facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment among diverse cross-functional teams (including hardware, software, integration, and external stakeholders).
  • Cook up and schedule experimentation and test events, including securing locations, reserving test ranges, and organizing travel or site access for personnel.
  • Aid in the early stages of planning test events by tracking resource availability, milestones, and coordination timelines.
  • Manage and organize essential project files, meeting minutes, and communication channels with an emphasis on clarity and team accessibility rather than deep technical authoring.
  • Schedule technical reviews, host coordination meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on task assignments across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Two (2) years minimum experience in technical administration, project coordination, event planning, or a similar organizational support role.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills, with a proven ability to bring together different teams and personalities.
  • High proficiency with standard productivity and collaboration suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams) and familiarity with or willingness to learn project tracking tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced R&D environment.

Qualifications

  • Must currently hold a Secret clearance.

Skills

  • Physical dexterity to assemble hardware, solder, manage tight wiring, and construct enclosures.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of raw materials, chassis components, and fully assembled ruggedized nodes short distances on even or uneven terrain or warehouse spaces.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lean, crouch, twist, bend, and squat as needed to inspect or analyze equipment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in deployed environments and perform duties in adverse weather conditions, including cold, rain, snow, and heat.
