Adjunct, Stern College

Position Summary

Stern College for Women is seeking adjunct instructors for a variety of academic departments in our midtown Manhattan location. Courses are offered in fall and spring semesters.

Position Responsibilities

• Teach up to two undergraduate courses in-person up to twice a week, in one or more of the following areas: Art History and Studio Arts, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, English, History, Jewish Studies, Mathematics, Philosophy, Physics, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Speech Pathology & Audiology, Statistics
• Other position responsibilities: Administration of all exams, Grade all exams and assignments by university deadlines, Meet and mentor students

Experience & Educational Background

Graduate-level degree in a related field
Experience teaching undergraduate students preferred
