Position Summary

The Department of Sociology and Criminology at Villanova University seeks qualified individuals for its Sociology Adjunct Faculty Pool and welcomes applicants at any time. We are particularly seeking faculty to teach multiple sections of Introduction of Sociology. Duties and Responsibilities

Teach courses in Sociology, primarily Introduction to Sociology.

Minimum Qualifications

Masters degree in Sociology or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

PhD in Sociology or a related field.

Salary Posting Information

This adjunct position falls within the salary range of $1,160.00 – $2,230.00 per credit/contact hour. The final compensation will be determined with consideration of several factors including the selected candidate’s educational qualifications, course type (drill, lab, lecture), course level (undergraduate or graduate), and market benchmarks.
