Adjunct Professor- Phlebotomy

Job Responsibilities

• Teach Phlebotomy theory and practice
• Lecture, demonstrate, supervise simulation, and assist with clinical placement
• Manage attendance, grading, equipment and supplies inventories, and other administrative tasks associated with teaching
• Be organized, prepared, and student-centered to meet the standards of the college
• Work flexible hours (primarily daytime) and travel to other campuses within the service area

Minimum And Additional Requirements

• Completion of a Phlebotomy Technician program and hold a national certification in Phlebotomy with at least 3 years of work experience
• Associates degree with prior higher education teaching experience (preferred)

Additional Comments

CCE adjunct faculty pay is determined upon hire and may vary depending on academic credentials and certifications. The range for this position is $40-45 per contact hour.
