About the role
Bryant & Stratton College is seeking campus-based adjunct instructors to teach Philosophy courses. We are a career-focused, private, nonprofit college that offers real-world education leading to bachelor's, associate's, and professional certificates in fields such as healthcare, technology, legal, business, graphic design, and more.
Responsibilities
- Teach Philosophy courses on campus
- Develop and maintain course materials
- Attend faculty meetings and departmental activities
- Maintain student records and communicate with students
- Participate in professional development opportunities
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Philosophy or a closely related field
- Experience teaching Philosophy at the college level
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The pay range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Adjunct instructors may be scheduled to teach one or two courses per semester, depending on class demand and instructor availability.
