Responsibilities
- Provide instruction focusing on teaching and learning to ensure students achieve all course outcomes and classroom objectives.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching and facilitation skills.
- Engage in campus-wide initiatives supporting recruitment, retention, and graduation goals, including monitoring and adjusting classroom program retention/graduation rates and meeting with program advisors regularly.
- Perform all administrative duties related to instructional responsibilities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Communication or Master's degree in English.
- Teaching experience at the college level.
Qualifications

Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary range of $40.00 - $44.44 per contact hour, totaling $1,800 - $2,000.00. The contract includes 15-week, campus-based classes paid bi-monthly over an 8-paycheck time frame.
Pay
Compensation details are provided during the interview process. The base pay is a good faith estimate, and the total contract compensation package will be discussed further.
