About the role

The successful candidate will contribute to the undergraduate business program in Cambridge, Massachusetts, by facilitating excellent student experiences and improving teaching practices through innovative tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging and effective oral communication/public speaking classes for undergraduate students.
  • Develop and implement new teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Engage with a diverse student body, including those from 40 different nationalities, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to ongoing research projects that generate relevant and rigorous intellectual contributions in both academic and practitioner-oriented channels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the Hult educational experience, beyond the classroom.

Requirements

  • Hold a Master's Degree in Communications or a related field.
  • Experience teaching oral communication/public speaking at the university level.
  • Demonstrate ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students.
  • Professional experience in international business is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in teaching with an emphasis in communication.
  • Extensive professional communication experience.
