We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. First, contact name & email: "Campus OSU-Oklahoma City Contact Name & Email Karen Bubb, kbubb@okstate.edu". This is metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. Probably include as a

with contact info. Work Schedule: "Schedule varies depending on modality and day of courses assigned." That's vague; we should not create a Schedule section if it's just "varies". The rule: do NOT create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state schedule varies depending on modality and day of courses assigned. That's still vague but it's a statement. However rule says "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". So "varies" is placeholder. So we should not create a Schedule section. Appointment Length: "6 months or less". That's also maybe not needed as a section; could be in a short p. Hiring Range: "$750.00 per credit hour". That's pay info. We can include a Pay section with that specific amount. It's not vague; it's a concrete number. So we should include Pay section. Special Instructions to Applicants: "For full consideration, please include a resume, cover letter and contact information for three professional references." That's application instructions; we should remove application instructions per rule: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we drop that. About This Position: description. That's like About the role. We'll make

About the role

with paragraph. Education: Required Qualifications: ... We'll need to separate sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting has Education: Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills, Proficiencies, And/or Knowledge, then Education: Preferred Qualifications, Skills, Proficiencies, And/or Knowledge again. We need to consolidate. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. But we can combine similar items into lists. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide sections: About the role (prose). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe education and experience). Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications). Skills (list). Benefits (none given). Pay (we have). Schedule (skip). Also maybe Working Conditions and Physical Requirements could be part of Responsibilities or separate? Not listed as headings we must use; but we could include them under Responsibilities or as a separate section like Working Conditions? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. We could add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. We can incorporate Working Conditions and Physical Requirements into Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like Working Conditions not in list; but risk deviating. Probably we can include them under Responsibilities as duties. We need to preserve all substantive info: so we must include details like "Deliver Foundational Coursework - Facilitate assigned undergraduate courses..." etc. Those are essential job functions; we can put them under Responsibilities as list items. Also "Maintain and organize assigned course content in Canvas..." etc. Also "Regular and Substantive Interaction (RSI)- Maintain consistent, instructor-led communication..." Also "Diagnostic and Academic Tracking- Monitor student performance..." Also "Timely Grading and Feedback- Evaluate assignments..." Also "Provide virtual office hours..." Also "Program and Institutional Compliance- Adhere to university policies..." Also "Continuous Quality Improvement- Participate in course outcome assessments..." Also "Remains current with theory and practice in the profession." Also "Participates in an active advisory board for degree program." Also "Maintain student and course records with updates on the learning management system." Also "Maintain and file current course outlines, objectives and grading procedures for all courses." Also "Exhibit innovative and adaptive instructional methods." Also "Completes all mandatory training." Also "Fulfill all requirements as noted in the Adjunct Handbook." Also "Perform other related duties as assigned." Also Working Conditions and Physical Requirements. We need to not repeat the job title as heading. We need to not include duplicated lines. We need to remove boilerplate like "The duties listed in this job description are intended only as illustrations..." That's boilerplate; we should remove. Also "The work environment and physical demands described here are representative..." maybe we can keep as part of Working Conditions but it's somewhat boilerplate; but it's substantive description of conditions. Might keep. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

    Pay

    $750.00 per credit hour

We should also include maybe Working Conditions and Physical Requirements as a section? Not in the list but could be added as Responsibilities or separate. Since we already have Responsibilities covering many duties, we could add a

    Working Conditions

but not in the suggested list; risk. Better to incorporate into Responsibilities as additional items. Add items:
  • Work will be performed in an office and classroom environment with a significant amount of public contact, in person, by telephone, via email, and various communication platforms.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include some evenings and weekends.
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting or standing during lectures, virtual sessions, and grading.
  • Duties require extensive use of computers, telephones and other office equipment.
  • Requires possible lifting of up to 25 lbs. (If an object weighs more than 45 lbs., OSU-Oklahoma City requires this to be a two-person lift).
  • We should ensure no duplication: we already have some similar items. Now check for any duplicated lines: we have "Professional familiarity with healthcare delivery concepts, medical office leadership, human resources, or health-adjacent administrative frameworks." appears twice (once in Skills list, once later). We should deduplicate. Keep one. Also "Professional familiarity with healthcare delivery concepts, medical office leadership, or health-adjacent administrative frameworks." appears later; similar but slightly different. We'll keep one generic. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "The duties listed in this job description are intended only as illustrations..." Removed. Check for any application instructions removed: we removed Special Instructions. Check for any EEO etc: none. Now output HTML fragment. We need to ensure we only output HTML, no markdown fences. Let
