Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies that align with educational goals and standards.
- Provide academic advising and support services to students.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance teaching and learning environments.
- Maintain current knowledge of educational trends and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of professional development programs for faculty and staff.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
- Experience in higher education or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Experience in program evaluation and assessment.
Skills
Essential skills for this position include:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
