Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies that align with educational goals and standards.
• Provide academic advising and support services to students.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance teaching and learning environments.
• Maintain current knowledge of educational trends and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of professional development programs for faculty and staff.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Experience in higher education or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience in program evaluation and assessment.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
