Responsibilities

• Teach online programs in Criminal Justice
• Teach online programs in Health and Human Services
• Teach online programs in Health Science
• Teach online programs in Healthcare Management
• Teach online programs in Psychology

Requirements

• Hold an M.A., M.S., or M.Ed. with at least 18 credit hours in the respective field
• Have professional experience in the field of study
• Possess required certifications and industry experience where necessary
• Preference given to candidates with prior undergraduate‑level teaching experience
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to provide mentorship and guidance remotely via email, phone, and/or video call
• Willingness to offer extensive feedback on student work
• ABD candidates considered if they have the required 18 hours in the specific field

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree preferred in a related field
• Prior college teaching experience strongly preferred
• Online teaching experience and/or Quality Matters certification strongly preferred

Pay

Compensation range: $3,500 – $4,000 per course (subject to change)
