About the Role
This role involves planning and guiding the learning processes for students towards achieving curricular goals and objectives. Responsibilities include employing instructional methods and materials, assessing student accomplishments, and providing progress reports.
Responsibilities
- Plan and guide learning processes for students.
- Employ instructional methods and materials.
- Assess student accomplishments regularly.
- Provide progress reports (evaluations and grades/certificates).
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a current, unencumbered license in Iowa or Iowa eligible.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred, Associates degree in nursing acceptable for LPN clinicals.
- At least 3 years (6,000 hrs.) professional experience on a med-surg unit or critical care unit.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for nursing, education, and lifelong learning.
- Current Certification in: Basic Life Support, HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens, Mandatory Reporter.
