About the role
Viterbo University seeks a pool of qualified applicants for possible temporary part-time teaching assignments. Positions are filled on an as-needed basis and are ongoing recruitments. Courses can be in-person, online, or blended and may include day, evening, and weekend sessions.
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in various formats (in-person, online, blended)
- Communicate with departments about their most recent teaching needs
- Respond to requests from deans and chairs for immediate adjunct needs
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in the discipline or subfield in which you teach
- Recent professional experience and expertise (work experience, publications, licensure, presentations, or equivalent within the last five years) if you do not have 18 credits directly in the subfield you will be teaching in or a master's in an unrelated field
