About the role

The role is responsible for managing customer relationships and providing technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions through phone and email
  • Provide technical solutions to customer issues
  • Document and escalate complex issues to senior team members
  • Train new team members on customer service best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support or technical roles
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
