Essential Functions
- Provide asynchronous instruction in various elements of financial planning
- Evaluate student work in a timely fashion
- Hold weekly office hours and communicate directly with students to promote effective learning
- Identify students experiencing difficulty and bring these to the attention of the SBC administration
Other Responsibilities
- Contribute to Department, School, and College curriculum development
- Support the Mission of Regis College and the Sisters of St. Joseph
Qualifications
- Ability to uphold the university’s commitment to inclusive excellence in a diverse educational community
- Sufficient computer equipment and Internet access to effectively teach remote courses
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Normal office environment, not subject to extremes in noise, odors, etc.
- Candidate will spend significant time on-line, both interacting with students and responding to and evaluating their work
Pay
$3,480 - $3,700 per course, commensurate with educational background
