Adjunct Lecturer in Financial Planning

Essential Functions

• Provide asynchronous instruction in various elements of financial planning
• Evaluate student work in a timely fashion
• Hold weekly office hours and communicate directly with students to promote effective learning
• Identify students experiencing difficulty and bring these to the attention of the SBC administration

Other Responsibilities

• Contribute to Department, School, and College curriculum development
• Support the Mission of Regis College and the Sisters of St. Joseph

Qualifications

• Ability to uphold the university’s commitment to inclusive excellence in a diverse educational community
• Sufficient computer equipment and Internet access to effectively teach remote courses

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

• Normal office environment, not subject to extremes in noise, odors, etc.
• Candidate will spend significant time on-line, both interacting with students and responding to and evaluating their work

Pay

$3,480 - $3,700 per course, commensurate with educational background
