Responsibilities
- Planning and supervising student laboratory & simulation learning experiences.
- Assessing student progress.
- Intentional communication with the Course Coordinator and Director, OSIC.
- Recording and reporting as required by the Department of Nursing.
- Attending meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Minimum of two years (24 months full-time equivalent) of clinical nursing experience in the United States.
- A current unrestricted (no unresolved Board action) Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or the ability to obtain one prior to start of appointment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in nursing.
- Simulation experience in nursing.
- Certification as a Nurse Educator by the National League for Nursing (NLN).
Compensation
A salaried rate for each semester commensurate with highest achieved nursing degree.
