About the role
The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach courses in career assessment and planning, an overview of the commercial real estate industry, and professional development skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver course content
- Schedule office hours and be accessible to students
- Grade assignments
- Provide students with a syllabus outlining course goals, schedule, and requirements
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MS Human Resources, MBA, MRED) preferred
- Candidates without a graduate degree must have at least 10 years of professional experience in human resources at commercial real estate firms engaged in institutional quality transactions
- Significant professional experience in commercial real estate human resources
- Prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations preferred
