Essential Functions

• Develop and deliver lectures, organize in-class activities relevant to course material.
• Prepare and grade assignments and exams to assess student achievement.
• Effectively utilize Canvas, NJIT’s online course management system.
• Maintain regular weekly office hours.
• Submit syllabus, final grades, and other requested information in a timely manner.

Prerequisite Qualifications

• Ph.D. or comparable terminal degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior university teaching experience.

Salary Information

In compliance with the NJ Pay Transparency Law, the rate for this position is $2668 per contact hour (USD).
