About the role

Responsibilities

- Resolve technical issues and provide support to users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT management
- Strong understanding of web technologies and database management
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and infrastructure
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Skills
- Technical proficiency in web development frameworks (React, Angular)
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
