Adjunct Income Tax Accounting Instructor

About the role

The successful candidate will contribute to the academic community by teaching income tax accounting courses.

Responsibilities

• Teach income tax accounting courses at the college level
• Develop and deliver engaging lectures and tutorials
• Assess student performance through exams and assignments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Participate in departmental meetings and committees

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 3 years of professional accounting experience
• Teaching experience at the college level preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current tax laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with educational technology tools

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
