Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new curriculum and teaching strategies based on best practices and feedback from students and faculty.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
- Provide individualized support to students, including advising and mentoring.
- Conduct research and publish findings in relevant academic journals.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and incorporate these into the curriculum.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Education or related field.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience at the college level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
