About the role
The role involves managing and enhancing the NEOGOV platform to ensure seamless integration with various government agencies and private businesses. Responsibilities include improving user experience, ensuring data security, and collaborating with customers to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to ensure seamless integration with government agencies and private businesses.
- Improve user experience by analyzing user feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure data security by implementing and maintaining robust security measures.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the platform, including bug fixes and feature enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or system administration.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or PHP.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Good knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
Skills
- Strong coding skills in multiple programming languages.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position with standard Monday through Friday workweek.
