Adjunct Geography Instructor

Description General Responsibilities: I nstruct World Geography sections face-to-face or online, using D2L to facilitate the course, posting grades, attendance, and meeting all required college deadlines. Must be able to use D2L and the textbook platform. Examples of Duties Job Functions The same as listed under General Responsibilities. Typical Qualifications Minimum Requirements: A doctorate or master's degree with a major in geography or a doctorate or master's degree with 18 graduate hours in geography. Preferred Requirements The minimum requirements as listed plus Three years' of prior teaching experience in higher education. Supplemental Information Anticipated Work Hours Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday; in person and online sections. Times may vary.
