Position Summary

The School of Arts and Sciences at Concordia University Irvine invites applications for adjunct faculty positions in Theatre Design and Technical Theatre Production. Responsibilities

• Teach introductory and upper-division theatre courses
• Maintain office hours
• Collaborate with full-time faculty
• Course assignments will vary based on departmental needs; a complete list of offerings can be found in the Concordia University Irvine catalog
• Opportunities to mentor undergraduate research students may also be available

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a commitment to the Christian faith and the mission of Lutheran liberal arts education
• Record of effective teaching
• Hold either a doctorate or a master's degree in theatre or a closely related discipline
