Adjunct Faculty - Sustainable Enterprise Executive Education & Development (SEED) Program
The Sustainable Enterprise Executive Education and Development (SEED) program seeks qualified individuals for adjunct faculty and welcomes applicants. The SEED program is for experienced professionals in positions of leadership or management who are interested in creating value by designing and incorporating sustainability practices into their business environments. Unlike most executive-level programs of its kind, SEED combines the leadership expertise of faculty from the highly-ranked Villanova School of Business with the technical knowledge of professors in Villanova’s first-of-its-kind Sustainable Engineering program. Students will learn from those who see the landscape from all vantage points, providing a holistic and strategic advantage to thrive in today’s global environment.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesTeaching and related duties will vary based on the specific course(s) being taught.
Minimum Qualifications- Previous teaching and/or relevant professional experience is required.
- A master’s degree.
- The applicant must be committed to excellence in sustainability education.
- Previous teaching experience preferred.
- A master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a closely allied discipline is preferred.

This adjunct position falls within the salary range of $1,650.00 – $2,600.00 per credit/contact hour. The final compensation will be determined with consideration of several factors including the selected candidate’s educational qualifications, course type (drill, lab, lecture), course level (undergraduate or graduate), and market benchmarks.
