Responsibilities
- Precept 3rd and 4th year optometry students in The Eye and Vision Center Primary Care service as well as in our affiliated community health centers (placement is based on clinical needs).
- Teach 3rd and 4th year optometry students effective, evidence-based methods of patient care based on the MCPHS School of Optometry clinical curriculum.
- Teach 3rd and 4th year students evidence-based methods to treat and manage patients, including glaucoma.
- Objectively grade optometry students based on their clinical knowledge, skills, and patient management.
