Qualifications
- An Ed.D. or Ph.D. in Education.
- A degree from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Completed a traditional qualitative or quantitative dissertation.
- Prior experience as a dissertation chair or committee member.
- Demonstrated experience in qualitative or quantitative research methods in the field.
Expectations
- A dedication to Christ-centered teaching and learning.
- A record of, or potential for, academic scholarship.
- The ability to teach undergraduate-level courses.
- Facility with online instructional technology.
- A willingness to embrace the College and University identity and mission statements and subscribe to a Statement of Christian Faith.
Additional Information
- Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate ongoing contributions to the field and participation in peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
- Preference will also be given to candidates with experience teaching research methods using Canvas or Blackboard.
- Candidates must have a commitment to responsiveness and doctoral candidate support.

$100 per credit hour per student, up to $3,000 per course.
