Adjunct Faculty- School of Business

About the role

The School of Business at the University of Indianapolis is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to teach courses in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain, Information System, Leadership, and potentially other related fields at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain, Information System, Leadership, and possibly other related fields at the undergraduate level and Master’s levels.
• Teaching may be done in face-to-face or hybrid modalities in day or evening classes.
• The maximum teaching load is 14 semester hours per academic year.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in a relevant field (economics, finance, accounting, marketing, supply chain, information system, leadership).
• Experience teaching at the college level.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with students and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ability to teach in a variety of modalities (face-to-face, hybrid).
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $3,000 - $4,000 per course, based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule
