Adjunct Faculty - Nursing
About the role
Keene State College is seeking clinical adjuncts to serve in the Nursing department for the Fall 26-27 semester. The positions involve supervising students in a clinical setting and conducting post-clinical debriefs according to Keene State and Cheshire Medical Center policies.
Responsibilities
- Create student assignments
- Safely administer medications
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
- Review and respond to weekly reflection assignments
- Conduct clinical evaluations at midterm and final
Requirements
- BS in Nursing with 5 years of experience
- Unencumbered RN license in New Hampshire
- Current Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- Demonstrate expertise in nursing care
- Collaborate with full-time nursing instructors and program directors
- Knowledge of nursing education in clinical settings
- Reflect on teaching effectiveness and student evaluation
- Willingness to create a proactive plan for addressing student performance issues
- Effective communication skills
- Encourage responsible, independent, analytic, or creative thought by students
Preferred Qualifications
- DNP, PhD, or MS in Nursing with a specialty certification in a clinical area

Pay
The pay range for this position is $800 - $840 per week.
