Adjunct Faculty – MRI program

About the role

An adjunct faculty member to deliver high-quality learning experiences and education for students in the MRI Program. The selected candidate will teach online courses to undergraduate and professional students in subjects including MRI production, procedures, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Delivers didactic instruction via an asynchronous online format in the MRI Bachelor of Science and Advanced Certificate Programs.
• Provides students with an approved syllabus that includes course objectives, learning outcomes, teaching methodology, attendance policies, texts and readings, assignments, timelines, and evaluation criteria.
• Creates engaging assignments that demonstrate real-world applications of covered concepts.
• Uses the University’s learning management system to post syllabus, lectures, assignments, and other materials, and to communicate with students.
• Advises and assists students through office hours, scheduled appointments, videoconference, phone, email, or other University-approved mechanisms.
• Provides service including student mentoring, ongoing course development, and assessment.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.
