Adjunct Faculty - Mathematics, Long Island

Responsibilities

The Mathematics Department at New York Institute of Technology, has openings for part-time (adjunct) instructors for the Fall 2026 semester at the New York Tech Long Island Campus. We expect that the new faculty hires will be assigned courses in Pre-Calculus and Calculus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a minimum Master’s degree in Mathematics and prior experience in teaching college level in Pre-Calculus and Calculus.
• Instructors teaching these courses must use Cengage WebAssign online homework for their courses.
• Candidates should have prior experience in teaching using an LMS (such as Blackboard or Canvas).

• Adjunct Faculty offered hourly rate is contingent on applicable rank. Minimum Salary USD $99.00/Hr. Maximum Salary USD $108.00/Hr.
