Adjunct Faculty, Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology (MRIT) - FA26

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings.
• Instruction in various delivery modes including face-to-face, on-line, hybrid, and/or blended formats.
• Student evaluation and timely submission of required paperwork related to instruction.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of an Associate of Applied Science or equivalent in Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
• Experience: Two years full time experience or equivalent as a magnetic resonance imaging technologist.
• Experience: Experience working directly with students in a clinical setting or prior teaching experience preferred.
• Licenses and Certifications: A current ARRT certification or equivalent. A current IEMA licensure as required.
• Ability: Ability to teach remotely with technology and experience in online or virtual teaching preferred.
• Technology: Access to personal technology, home computer with appropriate ability to teach online required.

Pay

These positions are paid by stipends for course assignments.

Schedule

Opportunities may exist to teach a flexible schedule that may include teaching assignments during days, evenings and weekends.
