Adjunct Faculty, Intermediate French, MW 1:00 - FA26

College of DuPage seeks an adjunct faculty member to teach Intermediate French in a multicultural environment, supporting students with diverse learning abilities. Opportunities may include flexible scheduling across days, evenings, and weekends.

About the Role

This position is for FRENC-2201-010 Intermediate French I, taught at the Main Campus from August 24, 2026, to December 16, 2026, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:00 PM to 2:50 PM.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings, including face-to-face, online, hybrid, or blended formats.
• Evaluate student performance and submit required instructional paperwork accurately and on time.

Requirements

• MA in French or MA in a related field with 18 graduate credits in French.
• Ability to teach remotely using technology; experience in online or virtual teaching preferred.
• Access to personal technology, including a home computer capable of supporting online instruction.

A pre-employment background check is required. Positions are compensated via stipends for course assignments.
