Adjunct Faculty in Business

Northwestern College's business department seeks a part-time faculty member with the requisite expertise to teach BUS 304: Investments. This undergraduate course covers both the theoretical and practical aspects of investments, with a primary focus on derivatives (particularly options) and asset pricing models. The class begins Wednesday, August 26, 2026, meeting three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from either 7:45–8:45 a.m. or 2:10–3:10 p.m. (CST) throughout the fall semester. It can be taught either in person or online. Individuals whose application materials indicate a strong fit for the department’s needs will be invited for an interview. Qualifications A master’s level education in the discipline (individuals with significant experience—over a decade—and a B.A. degree may be alternatively qualified).Commitment to undergraduate teaching and mentoring.Commitment to the Christian faith and to the integration of faith and learning in the classroom is required.
