Adjunct Faculty in Anatomy & Physiology

Duties & Responsibilities

• Teach courses in accordance with the course syllabus.
• Present lectures and classroom activities consistently with the syllabus.
• Promote the development and effective use of various skills among students.
• Provide students with timely feedback on academic progress through quizzes, tests, homework, and projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student academic performance.
• Show thorough knowledge and understanding of all college policies.
• Utilize technology tools such as Canvas, Starfish, email, MS Office, and the internet.
• Maintain continuous movement within the College, sit continuously, handle small objects like paper and pen, and push/pull up to 10 lbs.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Anatomy or Physiology or related field.
• At least 18 graduate credit hours in Human Anatomy, Physiology, and/or Biology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching Anatomy or Physiology.
• Experience using technology tools such as Canvas, Starfish, email, MS Office, and the internet.
