About the role
Part-time adjunct faculty pool in History to fill opportunities on a course-by-course basis as need arises.
Responsibilities
- Teach introductory courses, intermediate thematic surveys, and advanced topic seminars.
- Contribute to the strengths of the History program in American, European, East Asian, Latin American, and global histories; the histories of science and technology; urban and environmental histories; imperial and postcolonial histories; and race, gender, and social movements.
- Demonstrate teaching excellence and versatility.
- Apply creative and critical pedagogical approaches to existing curricula.
Requirements
- Hold a PhD in History.

- Outstanding scholarly credentials.
Skills
- Ability to adapt to an existing curriculum.
Benefits
- Compensation: $6,000 per course.

- FLSA STATUS: Exempt.
