About the role
The University of New Hampshire’s English Department invites applications for an Adjunct position in Fall 2026. The successful candidate will teach one section of ENGL 401 “First Year Writing” during the fall 2026 semester (8/31/2026 – 12/14/2026).
Responsibilities
- 75% Teaching: one section of ENGL 401 “First Year Writing”
- 25% Service to the Department and the University: hold office hours for student feedback meetings and individual advising as needed
Requirements
- Master’s degree in English Literature, Composition, or English Language study
Pay
$5,000.00 per course/semester
