Duties And Responsibilities
- Attend and lead all required class sessions
- Promptly assess student coursework and submit via Brightspace (the university’s learning management system)
- Cook with Division Chair and/or Academic Dean regarding classroom or student issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
- According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement
- Education: Master of Arts in Communication or related field
- Experience: Teaching experience at the collegiate level is highly desired
Required Skills
- Excellence in knowledge and skills in relation to the appropriate field(s)
- Competence in teaching ability, along with an eagerness to improve
- A strong testimony of personal faith and commitment to Christ is essential, along with an agreement to live according to the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement IWU Kingdom Diversity Statement
