We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also we must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay: we have Salary Range: $48.67 Per Contact Hour. That's specific, so we can include Pay section. Schedule: not given (part-time but no schedule details). So we should not include Schedule unless there is specific content. Benefits: there is a Benefits paragraph describing health & wellness, financial & retirement, educational benefits. That's specific, so include Benefits.
About The Role: we have a paragraph about adjunct faculty hired each semester, responsibilities etc. So include About the role.
Responsibilities: there is a list of Major Responsibilities with many sentences. We should extract them into
- . The text includes many sentences separated by periods. We need to preserve all substantive info. We'll break each duty into a list item.
Requirements: The posting includes Education And Experience with program standards etc. That's detailed. We'll treat as Requirements (or Qualifications). The instructions: Use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which headings to use. Likely we need Requirements for education/experience, Qualifications maybe for certifications? But we can combine. However we must not create thin sections. We have a lot of detail under Education And Experience and also course standards (SVAD 111 etc). Those are specific qualification requirements for teaching specific courses. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll decide to put Requirements heading for education/experience and course standards. Qualifications maybe for skills? But we have no explicit skills list besides maybe technology use. Could omit Qualifications if no specific content. Skills: maybe we can include "Make optimal use of available technology to enhance instructional methods." but that's more responsibility. Probably better to omit Skills if not explicit.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay.
Check for duplicated lines: The posting repeats "All Applications must include a Cover Letter and an Unofficial Transcript" twice; we should include only once maybe in application instructions which we must remove. Actually we must remove application instructions. So we should drop that line entirely. Also there is a line "Must demonstrate ability to promote an environment that reflects the broad backgrounds..." appears twice; we should keep only once maybe in Responsibilities? It appears under Major Responsibilities list and again later. We'll deduplicate.
We need to preserve all substantive information; we must not lose any detail. So we need to include the content from Education And Experience, course standards, etc. We'll put them under Requirements.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. So remove those paragraphs.
Now craft HTML.
