Adjunct Faculty - Clinic Dentist
About the role
The Adjunct Faculty - Clinic Dentist is primarily responsible for the supervision of clinical procedures and patient referrals. Contribute to a positive working and learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Attend and contribute to faculty calibration meetings
- Maintain current Massachusetts license and CPR certification
- Attend faculty development programs
- Work with the clinical supervisor to facilitate cooperative teaching and learning
- Supervise dental and dental hygiene care to MCPHS University patients
- Write progress reports
- Follow clinic policies and procedures outlined in the CPMA
- Aid in yearly revisions of the CPMA
- Assist the clinic manager with maintaining necessary emergency supplies and equipment
- Aid in emergencies
- Afford assistance to the Professional Services Director
- Follow all HIPAA protocols
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts license as a Dentist
- CPR certification
- Teaching experience (desired)
