About the role

The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications. Responsibilities include providing support services, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining security.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications.
  • Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
  • Automatically collect personal data about users and devices to improve the Services.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with web development tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and platforms.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in web development and database management.
  • Experience with user interface design and usability testing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information securely.

Pay

$70,000 - $85,000 annually.
