Adjunct Faculty-Chemical Engineering Technology

Job Summary

Teach one or several courses in chemical engineering technology classes, including lecture and lab. Courses are at a very basic level, with only minimal prior knowledge of chemistry or mathematics expected of students. Some classes meet in the evenings, some meet during the day, and some meet on Saturdays.

Job Duties

• Teach one or several courses in chemical engineering technology classes, including lecture and lab.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering Technology, or similar field.
• An Associate degree in these fields in conjunction with relevant professional experience is also acceptable for some courses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in suitable engineering discipline.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Experience in chemical manufacturing and process operations.
