Faculty members teach online undergraduate courses, foster meaningful discussion, provide timely feedback, and help students understand how biblical principles influence business decisions, organizational leadership, innovation, and professional success. **Areas of Teaching Need** Qualified applicants may be considered for courses in the following Areas Introduction to Business Principles of Organizational Behavior Human Resources Management Business Law Marketing Management Financial Management Operations Management International Business Strategic Management Business Communications Accounting Economics Statistics Leadership and Organizational Development Business Analytics **What You\'ll Do** Teach undergraduate business courses in a fully online learning environment. Facilitate engaging discussions that encourage student participation and critical thinking. Integrate biblical principles and a Christian worldview throughout instruction and student interactions. Evaluate student work and provide constructive, timely feedback. Maintain accurate academic records and submit grades according to established deadlines. Support student success through mentorship, guidance, and accessibility. Adhere to Moody\'s academic policies, instructional standards, and course expectations. Collaborate with program leadership and fellow faculty to enhance student learning and program quality. **Qualifications** **Required** A personal profession of faith in Jesus Christ and agreement with Moody Bible Institute\'s mission, doctrinal position, and community standards. Master\'s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Professional exper ence in business, nonprofit leadership, ministry operations, or a related discipline. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to effectively engage and support students in an online learning environment. Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. **Preferred** Doctorate in Business, Management, Leadership, or a related discipline. Prior online teaching experience in higher education. Experience incorporating technology and emerging business practices into instruction.
